Iced Chocolate Brownies

    Ingredients

      1 (14 oz) can FF sweetened condensed milk
      1/3 C unsweetened cocoa
      3/4 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
      4 egg whites
      1/3 C flour
      1 tsp baking powder
      1 tsp vanilla extract

      Vanilla Icing:

      2 T soft NF margarine
      1 T skim milk
      1/2 tsp vanilla


    Preheat oven to 350, Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.. In a large pan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, and chips, Stir until chips are melted, remove from heat. Stir in egg whites, flour, baking powder, and vanilla, mix well. Turn into prepared pan.

    Bake 20 minutes or until center is set.. Cool.

    Combine icing ingredients mix until well blended. Spread on cooled brownies.
