Ingredients
2 1/4 C flour
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 C red-calorie margarine
4 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C orange juice, frozen concentrate
1/4 C lemon juice
1 T lemon zest
1/2 tsp vanilla
Stir together 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp powdered sugar, Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Pat the dough into a 15x10 inch pan.
Bake until set at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
In bowl beat eggs with remaining 1/4 cup flour, baking powder, sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla.
Pour over hot crust and bake until the top is set 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool, then sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp
of powdered sugar..Cut into 48 squares
