Pecan Pie Bars

    Ingredients

      Crust:
      8 oz can Pillsbury RF Crescent Rolls

      Filling:

      1/2 C chopped pecans
      1/2 C sugar
      1/2 C light corn syrup
      1 T Light Butter (Stick)
      1/2 tsp vanilla
      1/4 C egg substitute


    Preheat oven to 350, Separate crescent dough into 2 long rectangles.. Place in un-greased 13x9 inch pan, press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust..

    Firmly press perforations to seal…Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

    In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

    Pour filling over partially baked crust.. Bake an additional 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled, Cut into bars. Do not refrigerate.
