Angel Lush Cake

    Ingredients

      1 -10 oz Angel Food Cake
      1 C Thawed light Cool Whip
      1 Can (20 oz) crushed Pineapple undrained
      1 sm. pkg SFFF vanilla pudding mix
      1 C fresh strawberry slices


    Cut Angel Food Cake into 3 equal layers (crosswise).. Mix pineapple and pudding until well mixed, fold in cool whip.. Place cake on a serving plate, spread 1 1/3 C of pudding mixture on top of the bottom layer of cake.. Repeat next layer with 1 C of pudding mixture.. Top with last layer and frost with remaining pudding mixture.. Refrigerate at least one hour Top with sliced strawberries just before serving
