Apple Crisp 2

    Servings: 4 / Units per serving=2


    Ingredients

      4 apples, peeled and sliced
      1/2 C pourable splenda (more if apples are tart)
      1/2 tsp cinnamon
      1/4 C- SF maple syrup
      1 tsp vanilla
      pinch salt
      pinch nutmeg
      2 tsp lemon juice
      1 T flour


    Combine all of the above ingredients put in 8x8 baking dish sprayed with Pam.

    Topping:

    Mix the following ingredients thoroughly with a fork or fingers and crumble on the top of the apple mixture:

    1/2 C rolled oats
    1/4 C pourable splenda
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 T light margarine
    2 T flour
    2 tsp SF maple syrup

    Bake @ 350 for about 30-40 min. or until the top is golden and apples are bubbling.
