Ingredients
6 C thinly sliced/peeled, tart apples
1 T flour
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 C flour
3 T packed light brown sugar
2 T -RF tub-style margarine
Preheat oven to 400*. In large bowl, combine apples, 2 T flour, sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Transfer to a Pam sprayed 10 inch microwave-safe pie plate. Cover with wax paper, microwave on high power for about 4 minutes or until apples are partially cooked.
Topping
Combine oats, flour and brown sugar. Mix well until completely incorporated, distribute topping over apples.
Bake 22-28 minutes or until apples are tender.
