Ingredients
1 C- RF Ricotta Cheese
2 T powdered sugar
2 1/4 T mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
7 ice cream cones
Combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mini-chocolate chips, refridgerate 15-30 mins.
Put mixture in a zip lock bag, seal and cut off one corner on the bottom.
Squeeze mixture into ice cream cones.
