Ingredients
Spice cake mix
1/4 c egg substitute
1 Can diet sprite
3 C shredded carrots
1 C raisins
Frosting:
4 oz lite Cream Cheese
4oz lite Cool Whip
1/4 c powdered sugar
Combine, frost and enjoy !
Combine first 3 ingredients, stir in carrots and raisins..
Line muffin tins with paper liners, fill with batter, Bake according to pkg. directions.
Add 1 Unit if frosted
