Ingredients
4-8 oz pkgs FF cream cheese
1 C Splenda Sweetner
1 C Egg Substitute
2 tsp vanilla extract
48 RF vanilla wafers
1 can lite cherry topping
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, splenda, and egg substitute, beat for about 2 minutes.
Place 1 vanilla wafer at bottom of each cupcake liner, put 2 T mixture on top.
Bake @ 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Cool, top with cherries.
