Cherry Angel Trifle

    Ingredients

      1 pkg (3 oz) SF cherry gelatin
      1 C boiling water
      1 angel food cake mix (prepared)
      1 can (20 oz) light cherry pie filling
      1 (8 oz) container lite Cool Whip


    Dissolve gelatin in water, refrigerate for 15 minutes.. Cut cake into 1" cubes... Place half of cubes in 3 qt trifle or glass bowl, layer with half of gelatin, pie filling and cool whip, Repeat layers. Top with whipped topping...

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
