Chocolate Eclair Cake

    Ingredients

      3 pkg RF graham crackers
      2 sm SF instant vanilla pudding
      3 C skim milk
      8 oz lite Cool whip
      1 sm pkg SF instant chocolate pudding
      1 1/2 C skim milk
      8 oz lite cool whip


    Mix vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk, blend one container of Cool Whip.

    place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of 13x9 pan…

    Spread 1/2 vanilla mixture on top of crackers, add another layer of crackers, then remaining vanilla pudding mix..

    Add last layer of graham crackers..

    Mix Chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups skim milk, Blend in second container of cool whip, spread chocolate mixture on top of graham cracker layer, Refrigerate

    ***Note:

    MUST make the day before so graham crackers absorb liquid from the puddings…
