Cinnamon-Orange Coffeecake

    Ingredients

      1 ½ C Bisquick RF baking mix
      ½ C pourable Splenda
      1 tsp baking powder
      ½ tsp baking soda
      1 tsp apple pie spice
      1 C unsweetened orange juice
      ½ C NF sour cream
      6 T orange marmalade spreadable fruit


    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Spray 8 X 8” baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine bisquick , splenda, baking powder, baking soda, and apple pie spice… Add orange juice and sour cream… Mix until combined. Evenly spread batter into prepared baking dish

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean… Place baking dish on wire rack… Dot top with orange marmalade and spread evenly…. Let stand for 15 minutes. Cut into 8 servings.
