Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
12 oz diet sprite
1 C Splenda
1 C water
1 tsp coconut extract
Frosting
1/2 C coconut
8 oz lite cool whip
Mix cake mix and Sprite. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
While cake is hot, poke holes in it. In a sauce pan, mix splenda , water and coconut extract, bring to boil and pour over cake… Allow cake to cool completely.
Mix coconut and Cool Whip frost cake when cool.
Refrigerate for several hours.
