    Apple Cake

    Ingredients

      1 3/4 C Splenda
      1 stick ff margarine softened
      1 tsp Vanilla
      6 oz FF cream cheese softened
      2 Lge Eggs
      1 1/2 C Flour
      1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
      1/4 tsp Salt
      2 tsp Cinnamon
      3 chopped apples (medium)


    Preheat oven to 350

    Beat 1 1/2 Cups Splenda, margarine, vanilla and cream cheese at medium speed until well blended.

    Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.

    Combine flour, baking powder and salt - stir with fork to lighten… Add this mixture to creamed mixture, beating slow until blended.

    Combine 1/4 C Splenda and Cinnamon in separate dish. Combine 2 tablespoons of this mixture to chopped apples, stir this mix into the batter.

    Pour batter into 8 inch spring form pan. Sprinkle top with remaining splenda/cinnamon mixture.

    Bake @ 350 until toothpick inserted comes out clean…
