Ingredients
1/2 C FF skim milk
1/2 C flour
1/3 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
18 oz raspberries
Raspberries= 3 cups. Could also use blueberries or blackberries
Preheat oven to 375. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Combine fruit with dash of Splenda to sweeten, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Place in bottom of baking dish.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
Pour mixture over fruit. bake it for 30 minutes.
