Mocha Chocolate Cheesecake

    Ingredients

      1 C- RF Oreos, about 11 cookies
      2 T sugar
      1 T melted butter
      Cooking Spray
      3 (8 oz) blocks FF cream cheese/softened
      1 (8 oz) block RF cream cheese/softened
      1 1/4 C sugar
      1/2 C LF sour cream
      1/3 C Kahlua liqueur
      1/2 C unsweetened cocoa
      3 T flour
      2 eggs
      2 egg whites
      2 tsp vanilla extract
      1 C Cool Whip Free/thawed
      16 chocolate coated coffee beans, crushed


    Preheat to 325
    Combine 1st 3 ingredients toss with a fork until moist. Press into bottom of a 9" spring form pan coated with cooking spray
    Beat cream cheese & sugar with a mixer on high until creamy.. Add sour cream & Kahlua, beat just until blended… Add cocoa & flour, beat until blended… Add eggs & egg whites 1 at a time, beating until blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla
    Pour batter into prepared pan…

    Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until almost set… Cheesecake is done when center barely moves when pan is touched.. Remove from oven, run a knife around the outside edge.. Cool to room temp, Cover & chill at least 8 hrs…

    Top each slice with 1 T Cool Whip Free & 1 crushed chocolate coated coffee bean
