8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 C- RF Oreo cookies, crushed (1lb 2oz pkg)
2 C chocolate chips (white chocolate chips or white almond bark)
1 T shortening (Optional)
On high speed of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add cookies and beat until well combined.
Refrigerate 2 hours until chilled enough to roll.
Roll dough into 1" balls. Melt chips and shortening, in double boiler until smooth, dip balls and thoroughly coat.
Place on wax paper to harden. Store in refrigerator.
NOTE: You could also use Chocolate candy coating and you won’t have to add the shortening. This is in the same place you find Chocolate Chips..
