PINEAPPLE CAKE

    16 servings / 2 UNITS


    Ingredients

      1 1/4 cups flour
      2 teaspoons baking soda
      1 cup brown sugar
      1 cup pourable Splenda
      20 oz. can crushed pinneapple in juice (undrained)


    Mix all Ingredients, Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 min.

    You can add a glaze made of powdered sugar and hot water if you want. If you use 1 cup of sugar and a little water it will add 1 unit.
