PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

    12 cups, 2 units per cup
    24 mini cups=1 unit per cup


    Ingredients

      8 oz lite cool whip
      6 T peanut butter
      4 T chocolate syrup


    Line muffin pan with 12 paper liners. Melt peanut butter in microware then add cool whip. Spoon into muffin papers and top with a swirl of chocolate syrup. Put in freezer.

    NOTE: Using 24 mini paper liners = 1 Unit each.
    using 12 oz of cool whip, 2 T of lemon juice and topping with 1/3 cup shredded coconut= 1 Unit.
    Using Strawberry Preserves (6 T - just like the peanut butter) topped with the chocolate. 1 UNIT each for 24 mini's.
