Pecan Caramel Coffeecake

    Ingredients

      1/4 C- SF Maple Syrup
      2 T brown sugar
      2 T chopped pecans
      1 C Bisquick RF baking Mix
      1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
      1/2 C water


    Combine sugar free syrup, brown sugar, & chopped pecans In a 9" glass pie plate.

    Microwave on HIGH for 60 seconds.

    Combine Bisquick, cinnamon, & water in separate bowl until a soft dough forms…

    Place a glass custard cup in the middle of the pie plate pushing the pecan mixture away from the center. Drop dough in 8 equal mounds around the pie plate…

    Microwave for 2 minutes on 50% power (MEDIUM-HIGH), turn plate and microwave an additional 2 1/2 minutes on 50% power (MEDIUM-HIGH or until a toothpick inserted into dough comes out clean.

    When done, remove custard cup and invert onto a heat safe plate. Let cool 2-3 minutes before cutting.
