Pina Colada Cake

    Ingredients

      Angel food cake mix
      Lge can crushed pineapple
      4 oz FF coolwhip
      instant banana or coconut cream pudding mix
      3/4 C skim milk
      1/8 C flake coconut


    Mix box of angel food cake mix with can of crushed pineapple. (DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE). Pour into 8x12 baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes till golden brown. Remove and cool.

    Mix pudding and 3/4 C of milk until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip and Refrigerate.

    When cake is cool ice with pudding fluff. Sprinkle with flake coconut, Refrigerate until ready to serve. You could add 1 tsp of rum extract for real pina colada taste.
