Ingredients
1 C canned pumpkin
2 T maple syrup
3 T packed light brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
16 wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 400.
In a medium bowl combine first four ingredients.
On a dry surface, spoon 1 T of filling into a wonton, Moisten edges with water to seal.
Arrange filled wontons on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, Coat wontons lightly with spray.
Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake 16 minutes and then flip. Bake additional 2 minutes until golden brown.
