Strawberry Cheesecake 2

    Servings: 8 / Units per serving=3


    Ingredients

      8 oz FF whipped topping
      1 C strawberries
      8 oz FF cream cheese
      1/3 C Splenda
      8 whole RF cinnamon graham crackers


    Puree strawberries, until smooth (reserving 8 or more slices for garnish).

    In a bowl combine splenda and softened cream cheese, fold pureed strawberries into 1/2 tub of whipped topping. Combine with cream cheese.

    Crumble 4 sheets of graham cracker and layer along the bottom of a pie pan. Break two sheets into 8 pieces and arrange around the perimeter of the pan.

    Pour strawberry mixture into pan and spread evenly. Top with remainder of whipped topping.

    Garnish with strawberry slices and refrigerate for several hours.
