Ingredients
1/3 C International instant coffee, Kahlua flavor
2 T hot water
1-3 oz pkg Lady Fingers
2 1/2 C cold skim milk
8 oz FF cream cheese
8 oz pkg FFSF vanilla pudding mix
1 C Cool Whip Lite
In a small bowl dissolve 1 T of instant coffee in hot water.
Cover bottom and sides of a shallow 2 qt dessert dish with Lady Fingers, Sprinkle with the disolved coffee.
Put 2/3 cup milk, cream cheese, and remaining undisolved coffee into blender, blend until smooth. Add the pudding and remaining mix. Blend on until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the Lady Fingers Top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder before serving.
