Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix
3 medium banana(s)
2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 cup Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees;
Line cookie sheets with foil - spray with nonstick cooking spray;
Mash bananas on medium speed, mix for 1 minute. Add the cake mix and continue mixing for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until all the ingredients are well blended;
With a wooden spoon stir in the oatmeal and butterscotch baking chips; Stir until well blended; With a measuring teaspoon, drop rounded teaspoonfulls of cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheet;
Bake for 14 - 25 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
