Cherry Coconut Macaroons

    Servings: 24 / Units per serving (2 cookies)=1


    Ingredients

      2 lg egg whites
      1/2 tsp Vanilla
      1/4 tsp salt
      1 C sweetened coconut flakes
      1/3 C Sugar
      1/2 C dried cherries
      2 T flour


    Preheat oven to 325, spray cookie sheet with Pam

    Combine egg whites and salt beat until foamy, gradually add sugar beat until stiff.

    Fold in remaining ingredients, drop by T onto cookie sheet.

    Bake until golden about 15 minutes.
