Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Yield 2.5 dozen / 1 Unit per Cookie

    Ingredients

      1/2 c granulated sugar
      1/4 C packed brown sugar
      1/4 C margerine or spread softened
      1 tsp vanilla
      1 egg white or 2 T ff egg substitute
      1 C flour
      1/2 tsp baking soda
      1/4 tsp salt
      1/2 C minature semisweet choc chips


    Heat oven to 375. mix sugars margerine, vanilla & egg white in large bowl. stir in flour, baking soda & salt. stir in choc chips.

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungeased cookie sheet.

    Bake 8-10 min or until golden brown. cool slightly remove from cookie sheet, cool on wire rack.
