Oatmeal Spice Cookies

    Ingredients

      3/4 C All-Purpose Flour
      1 1/2 C Quick Cooking Oats
      1/2 tsp Baking Soda
      1/4 tsp Salt
      1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
      1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
      1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
      1/2 C RF Margarine
      1/2 C Light Brown Sugar
      3/4 C Splenda Granular
      1 Egg White


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. In a medium bowl, beat margarine, brown sugar, and Splenda together. Add egg white and beat to combine.

    Add dry ingredients and combine. Place a sheet of foil (dull side up) onto a cookie sheet and spray with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray.

    Drop batter by level tablespoons 2 inches apart.

    Bake for 11-12 minutes or until firm and golden. Allow to cool completely.
