Ingredients
1 1/4 C Splenda
2 C evaporated milk FF
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 serving Junket Rennet Tablets
2 T water
3 C 2% reduced fat milk
Crush the 3 tablets in 2 T of cold water and set aside.
Heat all the ingredients, except the vanilla to lukewarm. Add the vanilla and mix well. Add rennet tablets with the water and stir well. Pour into can of ice cream freezer and let sit, undisturbed for 10 minutes.
Place can into ice cream freezer, pack with ice and salt and let process.
2 cups for 1 Unit..
This recipe makes 1 gallon
Adaptable to any flavor, just use imagination and adjust Units..
