Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

    Ingredients

      2 T brewed coffee
      1 (1 oz) SF milk chocolate bar or 2 T- SF chocolate syrup
      8 oz FF cool whip, thawed
      14 (0.3 oz) SF fudge-dipped wafers, chopped
      6 (2.3-oz) Red-Fat, no-sugar ice cream sandwiches


    Combine coffee and chocolate bar in a microwave-safe dish, and microwave on LOW for 1 minute or until chocolate melts, stirring once.

    Spoon cool whip into a bowl, fold chocolate mixture into cool whip. Stir in half of chopped wafer bars.

    Arrange ice cream sandwiches in an 11 x 17 inch baking dish. Spread whipped topping mixture evenly over ice cream sandwiches. Sprinkle with remaining chopped wafer bars.

    Cover and freeze at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
