Cinnamon Pear Frozen Yogurt

    Ingredients

      1 (15 oz) can pear halves
      2 C- LF vanilla yogurt
      1/3 C sugar
      1/2 tsp cinnamon
      1/4 tsp allspice


    Drain pears (reserve 1/2 c juice) Puree pears in blender or food processer… Combine pears, juice, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon and allspice in cannister of ice cream freezer, freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.. Put in freezer safe container and freeze.
