Fat Free Ice Cream

    Serves: 12/(1/2 Cup Each)1 unit per serving


    Ingredients

      1/2 C Egg Substitute
      1 C Splenda Granular
      2 C FF Half and Half
      1 C Skim Milk
      1 tsp Vanilla Extract
      1 tsp Lemon Extract


    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Chill in refrigerator until ready to freeze. Stir for a few seconds then pour into the ice cream maker. Follow instructions on ice cream maker for freezing.

    Note: This is just a basic vanilla ice cream. You can get creative and add fruit or other flavorings to it for additional Units.
