Ingredients
1 pkg sugar free chocolate pudding(cooked kind)
3/4 cup mini marshmallows
1 3/4 cups skim milk
8oz Cool Whip Free
4 sheets reduced fat graham crackers
Crush 3 sheets of graham crackers and spray the bottom and about an inch up the sides of 8 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle the crumbs around and shake to cover the bottom.
Cook the pudding with the milk and 1/2 cup of the marshmallows. Set aside and cool.
Break the last sheet of graham crackers into small pieces. Fold Cool whip, remaining marshmallows and graham crackers into pudding. Spoon into pan and freeze for 3 hours.
