Ingredients
Butter No-Stick Cooking Spray
3/4 C graham cracker crumbs
2 C peeled, cored and diced apples
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 C- FF frozen vanilla yogurt, slightly thawed
Coat a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray.. Spread graham cracker crumbs into pie plate. Generously spray for 5 seconds until crumbs are moist. Press into pie crust. Freeze until firm, about 10 minutes.
Coat a small skillet with cooking spray.. Saute apples and cinnamon until soft, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
Combine apples with yogurt, spoon into frozen crust. Cover, freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into eight slices.
