Ingredients
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 can FF evaporated milk (12 oz)
1/2 C egg substitute
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 C Splenda
Combine all ingredients & beat until smooth. Pour into PAM sprayed 9" dish.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, reduce temp to 350 bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
