Eggnog Pie

    Servings: 8 / Units per serving=3


    Ingredients

      1 LF Graham Cracker pie crust
      4 serving SFFF instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
      1/2 C- FF skim milk
      1 tsp ground nutmeg
      1 serving rum extract
      8 oz Cool Whip Free or Lite


    Mix with mixer for 1 minute pudding mix, milk, extract and nutmeg.

    Fold in cool whip. Pour into crust. Refrigerate.

    **NOTE:

    using 1/2 cup eggnog instead of milk, Units go to 4 per slice.
    using Cool Whip Lite instead of Free, Units go to 4 per slice.
