Hot Toddy Pie

    Ingredients

      1 1/2 C eggnog
      1/2 C sugar
      1/2 C- RF Bisquick Mix
      1 C Egg substitute
      1 tsp rum extract
      1 dash ground nutmeg


    Heat oven to 350, Grease 9" pie plate.

    Place all ingredients except nutmeg in blender, Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.

    Pour into plate; sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.

    Cool 5 minutes. Serve with spices and Whipped Cream.
