Ingredients
8 oz FF cream cheese (room temp)
1/4 C skim or 1% milk
1 lg can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 lg box SF vanilla instant pudding
1/2 C chopped pecans
12 oz lite cool whip
RF graham cracker crust(optional)
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, milk and pudding. Add pecans, fold in cool whip.
Pour into 2 pie pans or 2 pie crusts.
