Banana Pudding

    Ingredients

      1 sm box SFFF instant vanilla pudding
      4 C lite Cool Whip (1 tub)
      8 med bananas
      8 oz light cream cheese
      2 C skim milk
      1 can FF Sweetened Condensed Milk
      8 servings (about 64 cookies) RF vanilla wafers


    Line bottom of a 13 x 9 dish with 40 wafers, layer bananas on top.. Combine milk and pudding mix and blend well with electric mixer. .Combine cream cheese and condensed milk, mix until smooth.. Fold cool whip into the cream cheese mixture. Add cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.

    Pour over cookies and bananas.

    In a zip lock bag, coarsely crush remaining wafers with a rolling pin spread crushed wafers over the top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
