Ingredients
8 oz FF cream cheese/ softened
1 C brewed strong coffee/ room temp
1/2 C milk using skim
1 pkg (4 servings) SF vanilla instant pudding
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
8oz lite Cool Whip, thawed, divided
Mix cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add coffee and milk, beating until well blended. Add pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat on low speed 2 min. Let stand 5 min or until thickened.. Stir in 2 cups whipped topping..
pour into 1 qt serving bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.. Before serving, top with remaining cool whip.
