Creamsicle Mousse

    Ingredients

      1 box orange SF Jello
      1 C boiling water
      1 box SF instant vanilla pudding
      1 can mandarian orange slices (DRAINED)
      1 8 oz container FF coolwhip


    DISSOLVE JELLO IN CUP OF BOILING WATER, ADD 3 ICE CUBES AND COLD WATER TO EQUAL 1 CUP ADD TO JELLO, STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED, SET ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES. DRAIN ORANGE SLICES, SET ASIDE. IN MIXER STIR DRY INSTANT PUDDING INTO THE JELLO AND BEAT WELL. FOLD IN THAWED COOL WHIP AND ORANGES. CHILL AND SERVE.
