Mounds Pudding

    Ingredients

      1 (4-serv) pkg SF instant white chocolate pudding mix
      2/3 C Carnation NF Dry Milk Powder
      1 C water
      3/4 C plain FF yogurt
      3/4 C cool whip light
      1 1/2 tsp coconut extract
      2 T (1/2 oz) mini chocolate chips
      2 T Hersheys Lite Chocolate Syrup
      2 T flaked coconut


    In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, water, and yogurt. Mix well using a wire whisk.

    Blend in Cool Whip and coconut extract.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Spoon mixture Evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Top each with 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup and 1 teaspoon coconut. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
