Ingredients

35 RF Oreo Cookie, finely crushed
about 3 cups
6 T RC Margarine, melted
8 Oz Nonfat Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 T Skim Milk
12 Oz Cool Whip Free, divided
3 1/4 Cups Skim Milk
2 Pkg’s SFFF Instant Chocolate Pudding,
4 serving size

Mix crushed cookies & margarine in medium bowl. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9" pan. Chill 10 min. Beat cream cheese, sugar & 2 tbsp milk in medium bowl with whisk. Gently stir in 1 1/4 c. of the cool whip. Spread over crust. Pour 3 1/4 c. milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Whisk until well blended. Pour over cream cheese layer; let stand 5 mins or until thickened. Drop remaining whipped cream by spoonfuls over pudding; spread to cover pudding. Chill at least 4 hours. Store in refrigerator.
