Ingredients
1/2 lb ziti pasta
3 qts water
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 T garlic, crushed
2 oz feta cheese
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1/4 small red onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
Black pepper, as needed
5 T balsamic vinegar
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add ziti pasta stir to prevent from sticking. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is done. Drain, cover pasta with cold water to cool.
Once pasta has cooled, drain the water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour, mix again, and serve.
