Baked Spaghetti Squash

    Ingredients

      2-1/4 to 2-1/2 lb spaghetti squash
      2 T margarine or butter
      1-1/2 T honey


    Preheat oven to 375 degrees, Rinse squash, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray lay squash halves, cut side down.

    Bake for about 45 minutes, until squash can be easily pierced with a fork.

    Place margarine or butter and honey in a microwave safe dish, cover loosely, microwave at high power for about 30 seconds, until melted.

    Cut squash halves into quarters use a fork to fluff the center slightly.

    Stir the honey mixture and drizzle about 1-1/4 teaspoons over each piece of squash. Serve hot.
