Ingredients
4 (4 oz)boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 T Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
2 T minced garlic
2 T water
1/4 C white balsamic vinegar
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Place chicken in casserole dish, spread mustard over chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
Pour water and vinegar over chicken. Place one sprig of rosemary over each piece. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to marinate.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place covered casserole in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes to brown the chicken.
