BBQ Roast Beef Open Faced Sandwiches

    Yield: 4 servings Serving Size: 3-4 oz meat, 1 bread slice, 1 tomato slice

    Ingredients

      Barbecue Marinade Ingredients:

      1 T chili powder
      1 tsp ground ginger
      2 cloves garlic, minced
      1 small onion, minced
      1/3 C lemon juice
      2 T olive oil
      2 tsp paprika

      Sandwich Ingredients:
      1 lb sliced cooked deli roast beef
      4 slices rye bread, toasted
      4 slices tomato


    Combine barbecue marinade with roast beef and marinate for 1 hour.
    Drain marinade from roast beef and divide equally among the slices of rye bread. Top with tomato slices and serve.
