Ingredients
4 sheets frozen, thawed, phillo pastry
Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 T honey
1 T lemon juice
3/4 C small strawberries
3/4 C blueberries
3/4 C raspberries
Ground nutmeg, as garnish
Light whipped topping, as garnish
Stack phillo and fold lengthwise into quarters, cut into
1/2-inch strips with sharp knife or scissors.
Unwind phillo
strips and toss together in a greased 8-inch pie plate,
shaping to form a large "nest." Spray phillo generously with
cooking spray and sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon.
Bake @ 400 degrees until golden, 10-12 minutes.
Cool on wire rack; carefully remove to serving plate.
Heat honey and lemon juice until warm. Fill phillo "nest" with combined berries and drizzle with honey mixture,
sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Garnish with whipped topping.
