Ingredients
2 T frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp grated orange peel
1 T olive oil
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp white pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
4 (4 oz) boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl. Add chicken to marinade.
Refrigerate 5 hours or overnight.
Discard marinade and grill or broil chicken 5-7 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
