Steamed Cauliflower with Dill

    Ingredients

      3 C water
      1 head cauliflower, leaves removed
      2 T fresh dill, chopped
      1/4 tsp white pepper
      1 lemon


    Bring water to a boil in a large pot, add cauliflower, dill, and white pepper, Cover and steam for 20 minutes.

    Serve with lemon juice squeezed overtop.
